Career Oxygen provides the customized implementation architecture, development structure, tools and defined advisory support for up to 270 days.
Organization-Sponsored Implementation Engineering — $4,500
For situations in which the employer will participate directly in implementation.
In addition to the implementation architecture and tools, organization-sponsored support can include appropriate manager/evaluator alignment, organizational performance-standard alignment, calibration, implementation governance and defined advisory support for up to 270 days.
