John St. John, MBA, PHR, PMP

John St. John is the founder of CareerO² and the architect of the Enterprise Performance Operating Model™ (EPOM™), a practical framework that helps organizations align executive decisions, organizational systems, management practices, and workforce capability to improve measurable business performance.
Over more than two decades, John has worked across leadership development, human resources, organizational development, enterprise learning, workforce transformation, performance management, and large-scale business initiatives. His experience spans public- and private-sector organizations, ranging from focused team engagements to enterprise-wide leadership, workforce, and performance transformation efforts.
Rather than viewing learning, leadership, and organizational performance as separate disciplines, John developed EPOM™ to integrate them into a single, integrated operating model that helps organizations move from executive insight to sustainable business results.

Professional Approach
CareerO² is built on a simple belief:
- Executive decisions establish the conditions for performance.
- Organizations should improve systems before assigning blame.
- Capability investments should follow validated business priorities.
- Learning creates value only when it improves workplace performance.
- Performance should be designed, activated, measured, and continuously improved.
These principles form the foundation of the Enterprise Performance Operating Model™ and the methodologies used throughout CareerO²’s research, executive facilitation, and advisory engagements.
