2. Schedule your referral discussion

Once your paid subscription is active, schedule one 30-minute introductory discussion, included with this referral invitation at no additional charge.

We’ll discuss your career or job-performance growth need, identify relevant platform resources, and clarify a practical starting point. If individualized support would be useful, we’ll explain the coaching and advisory services available at subscriber rates.

Brief call notes will be shared at the end of the session. This discussion does not include a comprehensive assessment, customized action plan, or ongoing coaching. Those services are purchased separately.

One introductory session per referred subscriber. A paid, active subscription is required at the time of the session. Membership renews at your selected monthly or annual rate unless canceled under the subscription terms. No additional coaching or advisory purchase is required.
