Live Workshop

Introduction

If you’re an employed technology professional sensing organizational risk, this live working session is designed to give you clarity and options—not panic. Each month, we step through a practical framework to read early layoff signals, map your proximity to organizational gravity, assess your AI-era skill gaps, and design a 90‑day protective posture you can execute immediately—whether you plan to stay, shift roles, or prepare for an exit with a realistic financial runway.


Schedule and format

  • When: 3rd Thursday of each month, Noon–1:30 PM Pacific
  • Format: 90-minute, small-group live workshop on Zoom
  • Audience: Project, product, program, and PMO leaders (and aspiring leaders) who want to protect and grow their careers amid AI-driven change
  • Replay: Recording and downloadable handouts included for all registrants

What you’ll work on during the session

By the end of the workshop, you will have:

  • clear read on your personal risk band (low, medium, high) based on seven concrete organizational signals.​
  • first-pass gravity map that shows where your organization is concentrating investment, AI capability, and executive attention—and where your current role actually sits.​
  • An AI-barrier assessment of your current skills (AI literacy, tool fluency, analytical thinking, technical collaboration, responsible AI, and change leadership) with 1–2 specific upskilling moves for the next 30 days.​
  • mentor plan: who you’ll approach inside your organization, what questions you’ll ask, and how you’ll use that relationship as a risk-management system rather than informal advice.​
  • A written 90‑day protective career plan tailored to your situation—stay and strengthen, shift and reposition, or exit-ready with a realistic 6‑month runway scenario.

This is an active workshop, not a lecture. You’ll complete guided worksheets during the session so you leave with decisions made and next steps defined.
