How Our Block Model Works

We do not sell hourly consulting.

We work in prepaid blocks that protect both focus and outcomes.

Each block includes:

  • Live advisory sessions

  • Written guidance or artifacts as appropriate
  • Clear boundaries and expectations

Unused time does not expire during the engagement window.

Notes:

Most blocks include live coaching and coordination sessions. Contracts specify which and how many direct/indirect coaching contact hours.

An initial call with our experts incurs a $250 charge for insights, access, or guidance. However, a contract deducts this initial charge from the total block hours purchased.
